I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

Full Refunds are only available if the commission has not been started. If the commission is partially done you will only be charged for what has been completed and refunded the rest.

I usually get commissions done quickly but incase anything allow up to 2 weeks for completion.

You may request a live stream while I work on a commission.

Payment is required before I start or once a sketch is approved.

My signiture is NOT to be removed from any art I have drawn.

You are NOT to claim the art work as your own.

Unless stated otherwise you are not to make any profit from my art.

For game art, full ownership of commissioned art will belong to the game owner. My signiture does not need to be on the art but credit is still necessary somewhere on the site.

For Tag or large art bases you may not resell the bases for more than the commissioned price.
